Industrial and Organisation Psychologist
Susan has 38 years extensive HR and Leadership experience of which 23 in the private sector (Banking - ABSA) and 12 years in the public sector (SAPO).Currently and for the past 5 years Susan drives her own business, mainly focusing on Organisation Development and Effectiveness Initiatives.
At the age of 27, Susan was promoted to a management position for the first time and have since then gained experience on senior management (10 years) and executive management levels (12 years).
Susan has a proven track record of all HR functions; her passion is Organisation Development and Coaching. She has well-grounded facilitation skills working in the systems psychodynamic stance as well as Leadership development and large group interactive change interventions.
